On the first floor and on the exterior, the use of glazed stoneware tiles with a cementitious appearance predominates, providing a natural but beautiful effect to the house, while on the upper floor porcelain tiles have been used with a wood finish that gives warmth to the entire home. The main objective of implementing this great project was to create a private and quiet space, thanks to the excellent location of the house and the creative flexibility of the materials used in the renovation.
