In Bal Harbour you will find this house, which consists of a spacious living room, an open concept kitchen, spacious bathrooms and a dream pool. For the development of the project they have relied on the experience of the Italgres team for the choice of materials.

Both inside and outside of the house there is a strong presence of large cementitious tiles, which give the house urban nuances and fit perfectly with a fresh and contemporary design.

In the kitchen area we find a large cementitious floor, which forms a compendium of lightness, versatility and technical and aesthetic features, creating an atmosphere with a great personality.
