At Italgres, we are proud to present one of our most recent projects in Pinecrest, Miami, where the use of European porcelain tile was key to enhancing the elegance and continuity of this luxury residence.

Facade and Outdoor Areas

The main facade was clad with ELEGANCE PRO WHITE BOCCIARDATO 24”x48”, a stone-look porcelain tile that adds both sophistication and modernity. At the entrance, the steps and landing highlight how this material enhances the architectural purity of the home.

The same porcelain tile was used for the pool coping and throughout the outdoor areas, creating seamless visual continuity between the entrances, terraces, and pool area. Its texture and finish make it the perfect tile for pools and outdoor spaces, providing durability, safety, and an anti-slip surface that withstands Miami’s most demanding conditions.

Interior Floors

Inside the home, the standout material is BARCELONA CRISTAL 63”x63”, a large-format porcelain tile installed throughout the residence. In the living and dining areas, this tile creates expansive, uniform surfaces that enhance natural light and reinforce the sense of spaciousness.

Bathrooms with Unique Character

Each bathroom was designed with a unique concept while maintaining the quality and versatility of European porcelain:

• MOTLEY 01 48”x48”: brings a minimalist style to a modern bathroom with clean lines.
• GLOCAL 02 PERFECT 48”x48” on the walls, combined with NAVETA PERLA 12”x40” in the bathtub area, creating contrast and texture in the gray-toned bathroom with relief finishes.
• JURUPA 03 NATURAL 12”x96”: a wood-look porcelain tile that conveys warmth and natural sophistication.
• Master bathroom: flooring in ELYSIAN 01 MEDITERRANEAN 48”x48” for the outdoor areas, its ANTISLIP 48”x48” version inside the shower, and walls clad with ELYSIAN 01 MEDITERRANEAN 48”x110” SLAB. The photos highlight the dramatic impact of large formats and the connection to the lush outdoor garden, creating the feeling of a private spa retreat.
