The company Future properties, has relied on the experience of the Italgres team for the choice of materials for this residential housing, located in the prestigious city of Golden Beach, Florida. The main objective of this project was to provide a classic but modern appearance, at the same time, to increase the luminosity and spaciousness of the different spaces.

The marble effect of the Jewels and Touche collections by Mirage and Inalco, is the main protagonist in the design of this home. The veins and the white color of this natural rock, have managed to create a functional and sophisticated style in all the rooms of the house. Likewise, the marble effect of the pieces brings a timeless value to the rooms, while its tonality remains in tune with the rest of the finishes.

On the balconies and in the swimming pool area, it has been decided to use a non-slip, cement-effect floor covering, such as the one presented in Vives’ Nassau collection. These tiles form the perfect tandem between versatility and technical features, providing an elegant neutral look in these areas. In the following gallery we show you the results of the project:
