LIMPIEZA DEL PISO DESPU\u00c9S DE LA INSTALACI\u00d3N CON DETERDEK DE FILA<\/h2><\/div>\r\n <\/div>[vc_single_image image=\u00bb7157″ img_size=\u00bbfull\u00bb][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Cualquier baldosa, despu\u00e9s de la instalaci\u00f3n, requiere una limpieza profunda con el producto adecuado. Los tiles despu\u00e9s de la instalaci\u00f3n est\u00e1n llenos de polvo y residuos de cemento pegados en la superficie. Estos residuos hacen que la superficie se ensucie f\u00e1cilmente y sea dif\u00edcil de limpiar. La superficie de la baldosa necesita ser limpiada con un limpiador especializado a base de \u00e1cido. Hay muchas marcas en el mercado, algunas de ellas est\u00e1n claramente etiquetadas como limpiadores para despu\u00e9s de la instalaci\u00f3n de baldosas. Estos limpiadores se pueden encontrar en Home Depot, Floor & Decor o Lowes.<\/p>\n

Como demostraci\u00f3n, utilizaremos Deterdek de Fila. Este producto es biodegradable y suave de usar, pero, en cualquier caso, use guantes y gafas normales para aplicarlo. Deterdek se puede usar puro tal como viene en el envase, dependiendo de la fuerza de las manchas y residuos. Puede probar en una peque\u00f1a \u00e1rea empezando con una diluci\u00f3n del 50\/50% en agua, y ver los resultados esperando hasta que el \u00e1rea limpiada est\u00e9 completamente seca compar\u00e1ndola con el \u00e1rea sucia.<\/p>\n

Siga los siguientes pasos para aplicar el producto y limpiar:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Mezcle Deterdek con agua en un balde, empezando con 50\/50 de cada uno.<\/li>\n
  2. Aplique el producto muy abundantemente con un trapeador limpio.<\/li>\n
  3. Deje que el producto act\u00fae en la superficie de la baldosa durante 2-3 minutos evitando que el producto se seque. (Por esa raz\u00f3n debe aplicarse muy abundantemente. Apague el aire acondicionado durante este proceso para evitar que el aire acondicionado seque el piso r\u00e1pidamente). Aplique por \u00e1reas, no limpie todo el espacio en una sola pasada.<\/li>\n
  4. Con Mr. Clean Magic Eraser (esponja o trapeador), frote el piso con la mezcla en la superficie.<\/li>\n
  5. Con el trapeador limpio comience a recoger el limpiador y enjuague el trapeador con agua limpia. Ver\u00e1 que el agua en el balde se vuelve sucia. Reemplace el agua tantas veces como sea posible para trapear con agua limpia. De lo contrario, la suciedad se esparcir\u00e1 nuevamente en la superficie de la baldosa.<\/li>\n
  6. Una vez recogido el limpiador con agua limpia, encienda el aire acondicionado para permitir que el piso se seque r\u00e1pidamente. Verifique los resultados. Si a\u00fan persiste algo de suciedad, use el producto en una mayor concentraci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n
  7. A veces hay algunas manchas que Deterdek no quitar\u00e1 debido al origen de la mancha. (Deterdek solo funciona en manchas cementicias). Algunas otras manchas o marcas se originan en pintura, residuos de cinta adhesiva, marcas de goma, etc. En ese tipo de manchas, aplique puntualmente removedor de pintura o diluyente para disolverlas.<\/li>\n
  8. Despu\u00e9s de terminar la limpieza, durante los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas trapee el piso solo con agua, para eliminar posibles residuos de Deterdek del proceso de limpieza.<\/li>\n
  9. Para el mantenimiento regular use Clean All de Fila o PS 87 de Fila, una tapa diluida en un balde de agua y trapee. Estos son limpiadores neutros en PH, hay muchas marcas en el mercado. Evite la mayor\u00eda de las marcas comerciales de limpiadores, la mayor\u00eda de ellas dejan residuos grasosos en los pisos, haciendo visibles las marcas de pasos cuando alguien camina sobre ellos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
